Hello Again

The last few months have been hectic to say the least... I was right in not being too ambitious of being energetic forever as shrotly after the first month the steroids had completely worn off, I got the flu and then felt very much the same as normal. Bad sleep, headaches, weakness in my right side. It did feel depressing, For almost 2 months i felt as if all of this was a waste of time.... but maybe that was me just getting over the ill as I am starting to feel a little bit perkier now. I hope this leads to me building my strength back. From meeting my doctor this month, he has reassured me it is in the next 6 months that I should start feeling a difference so patience is my guide... do check back soon to see if patience prevails..
